Talk of The Year (TOTY) is a new event presented by PPIA Deakin. With “Let’s get started!” as this year’s theme, TOTY aims to encourage and motivate people to start their journey in entrepreneurship.
TOTY is composed of 2 different sessions – Seminar and Workshop. Through the seminar and workshop, participants could develop and further improve their soft skills, as well as expand their network in various industries. The guest speakers for the seminar are Consul General Spica Tutuhatunewa (Consul General of Indonesia In Victoria and Tasmania), Consul General Kazuyoshi Matsunaga (Consul General of Japan in Victoria), Councillor Philip Le Liu (Councillor of the City of Melbourne), Tommy Watimena (CEO of PT. Sierad Pruduce Tbk), Thayne Finsenda Lika (Founder of Dokter Mobil), Johnny Widodo (Director of OVO); the workshop will be led by Last Day Production for video editing and Titan Tyra for photo editing.
